Rhythms of Nature at Osoyoos Art Gallery March 2007

rhythms of nature - from 2006 with Jill Murray and Tracie Ward - As we work in the media we love, we feel connected to the rhythms of nature. Julia hears the charcoal sing as she explores the concept of human form in a musical, rhythmic style. From shards of broken glass Tracie's forms take on a life of their own as they regenerate organically into something new. Jill works with clay and fire to express feelings of movement and stillness more literally with the female form.
